Working in a dynamic and fast-paced front door adults safeguarding team, you will be responsible for screening referrals and applying the 3-step test to determine the appropriate action. Your role is crucial in assessing the risk to vulnerable adults and ensuring protective measures and interventions are in place swiftly. You will collaborate with other professionals to provide a timely and efficient safeguarding response.
