As a highly skilled professional, you are ready to join our Community OT Team in a senior capacity, bringing expertise and insight to help reduce waiting times for OT assessments.
What the Job Involves
In this senior OT role, you will collaborate with two other locum therapists within the Community OT Team. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments to address our waitlist effectively. You will contribute to building business cases by capturing work turnover and identifying potential savings in care packages through the provision of equipment. These efforts aim to facilitate client independence and support potential contract extensions.
