Who You Are

An experienced practitioner with a minimum of five years post-qualifying experience. You have sound knowledge of the legislative framework, including experience providing written and verbal evidence in court, and expertise in children's safeguarding.

What the Job Involves

As a senior social worker in the parenting assessment service, you will undertake and prepare evidence-based assessments using a high level of critical thinking and analysis to inform your recommendations. You will also supervise a family support worker, ensuring that families receive bespoke and tailored intervention as part of the assessment process.
