As a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, you have a passion for providing high-quality support to adolescents in complex, high-risk contexts. Confident in managing risk and making sound professional decisions, you can balance care, control, and support in complex situations while being a positive team member in a busy and supportive service.

What the Job Involves

The primary objective of this position is to deliver high-quality social work support to children in our care aged 14–18. You'll promote their safety, stability, and positive outcomes as they transition towards adulthood. Key responsibilities include managing a caseload, developing care plans, fostering relationships, applying contextual safeguarding approaches, and working collaboratively with multi-agency partners. The role requires a strong ability to work within a fast-paced environment, focusing on risk management, safety planning, and maintaining a relational practice approach.

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
  • Experience with adolescents in complex and high-risk contexts
