What the job involves

In this role, you will manage a pod of Social Workers, guiding them through the complex terrain of section 47 enquiries and providing assessment and intervention services. Your responsibilities will include supervising Social Workers, covering duty pods on a rotating three-weekly basis, and maintaining a five-day office presence during duty weeks. Additionally, you will support other duty pods and cover management responsibilities when necessary, stepping in for the team manager when they are on leave.
