You are an experienced Team Manager with a proven track record in Children Social Care, particularly within Safeguarding services. You have the ability to lead and manage teams effectively to ensure the safety and well-being of children. You thrive in dynamic environments and can start immediately on a temporary assignment.
What the Job Involves
As a Locum Team Manager for Safeguarding (West), you will oversee and manage the safeguarding team, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will take charge of a team dedicated to the well-being and protection of children, providing guidance, support, and leadership to enhance service delivery. The role is initially a 3-month assignment with a competitive rate of £45.20 per hour.
