You are an experienced professional with a background in a telephone contact centre environment. You possess above-average ICT skills and are comfortable using Microsoft 365 and other back-office systems. You are committed to providing an excellent customer experience and are dedicated to supporting residents at the first point of contact whenever possible.
What the job involves
The role is part of our Contact Centre team, responsible for handling a high volume of calls from residents in our borough. You will cover around 15 different Council services and will be linked to various back-office systems to efficiently progress work tasks. Your main objective is to deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents receive the support they need during their initial contact.
