What the Job Involves
As a Team Manager, you will oversee a diverse team comprising 15 Social Workers, 3 Social Care Assessors, and 3 Assistant Team Managers. Your role will involve managing Care and Support Plans, ensuring robust support is provided to families and children, overseeing the management of Child Protection Plans, and spearheading cases through the Public Law Outline process to the first court hearing. This position offers a dynamic and fulfilling opportunity to make a tangible impact in the community at a time of exciting growth and development.
