What the Job Involves

As a Reviews Officer in the Housing Services team, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality statutory reviews relating to homelessness decisions, housing register applications, and temporary accommodation suitability. Your role involves managing a complex caseload and liaising with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies. You are expected to drive queries and workloads independently in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring all case activities are accurately documented and legally compliant.
