What the Job Involves
As a Social Worker within the Children and Young People's Service, you will manage a caseload that includes Children in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children. This involves undertaking comprehensive assessments, developing and monitoring plans in collaboration with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes for children. You will engage in operational management, strategic planning, safeguarding, and partnership development to provide interventions that improve children’s welfare and support family engagement in decision-making processes.
