What the job involves
As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be responsible for answering queries via phone, related to various council-wide enquiries. You will be part of an inbound Customer Service Call Centre and are expected to maintain a positive demeanor while handling enquiries. This role requires you to work a flexible schedule, with at least 2 days a week in the office, plus additional days for training if necessary. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. You will participate in a comprehensive 2-week training course that includes both classroom instruction and shadowing.
