What the job involves
This hybrid role involves completing strength-based assessments to support individuals with disabilities, recommending and organizing necessary equipment and adaptations, and ensuring the best possible service delivery. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage a diverse caseload, and participate in the development of Occupational Therapy practices. Your responsibilities also include supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants, exploring funding options, driving social value initiatives, and contributing to the City Council's commitment to equal opportunities and customer excellence.
