What the Job Involves
The job involves providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to various directorates, mainly focusing on delivering administrative tasks for the Housing Service. Responsibilities include managing repairs works/orders, coordinating complex repair projects, organizing statutory visits and meetings, maintaining information systems, producing reports, and providing financial administrative support. You ensure compliance with Council policies and undertake other related tasks as required to support the effective service delivery within the directorates.
